You can delete your data linked to the InfoSports website and the Infosports app (developer: InfoSports) at any time.
Delete inside the app (fastest)
- Open the app and go to More.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
- Your account and saved favourites are deleted immediately.
Request by email
- Send an email to contact@infosports.news with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Include the email of your account and/or the nickname used in comments.
- We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- Your account (name, email, user ID) and saved favourites.
- Your comments and the nickname attached to them, on request.
- The notification token linked to your device.
- Any emails you sent us, on request.
What may be kept
Aggregated statistics that do not identify you (such as vote totals), temporary security logs deleted automatically within 30 days, or data we are legally required to keep.
Without contacting us
- Notifications: Phone settings → Apps → Infosports → Notifications.
- Local preferences: clear the app data or uninstall the app.
